If you are moving out of our network area, you can terminate your network-usage contract in writing with a notice period of ten days. We will then calculate the energy consumption at your home and bill you for the applicable energy costs.

Use our “Change of address” form to notify us of your change of address. You will find your customer and contract numbers on your electricity bill. Other circumstances requiring notification can be found in our General Terms and Conditions (Art. 3.5.1).
